I was very pleased with the outcome of some business cards I had made through Ranger Printing…the staff was pleasant and the atmosphere clean and professional. I was given options on my purchase and everything was completed efficiently. I also appreciated the one on one communication; rather than speaking to 2 to 3 different people, I dealt with one making the overall experience pleasant. I will return to Ranger Printing for any future printing needs.
It’s not often that I write reviews but my most recent experience prompted me to do so. We have been working with Ranger for a couple years now and they have always treated us great! They have always done great work, they get our jobs done on time and often times rush service, print quality is top notch and service is above reproach. This past week they took it to a whole new level for us. We had a project that we needed for the weekend but my assistant forgot to pick it up before they closed shop on Friday. I sent out and email seeing if there was anything they could do and received a prompt reply offering to meet me at the shop on Sat (A day the shop is closed) to pick up my project. While I’m sure they can’t always do that for everyone, they’re willingness to go the extra mile made our weekend a success!!
I wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to Ranger Associates Inc. Their professionalism and quality could not be matched all with a level of customer service that cannot be provided by the large chains. I was new to InDesign, and I was told to make changes, to maximize the quality of print, I did not get it and Bill actually got on the phone and walked me step by step through the process. Bill Lane at Ranger held my hand throughout the bulk mail printing of my Church’s postcard to let everyone in a certain area know what we’ve planned for the upcoming Christmas season. He delivered (for the third time) a beautiful product on time and perfectly prepared. Everything was made easy for me. No problems when I took the postcards to the post office. He even made sure I knew which post office to take them to. What a guy! Incredibly talented. I highly recommend Ranger Printing for all your printing and promotional items needs. If he can’t do it, I’m sure he can recommend someone who can. I am looking forward to working with Bill and his crew on future projects. Sorry. I can’t speak to price. I stepped into this project and didn’t bid it out. I would be very upset at having to change this vendor for another. Money isn’t everything. Quality and service are much more important to me than a cheap price. The job quality and service I received from Ranger was exceptional. Added to that was Bill’s offer to help me deal with the USPS website to select routes for our next postcard. He’s just a terrific guy!
